Wire feeding is the most precise process of addition of small quantities of deoxidants, modifiers and alloying elements into molten steel or cast iron making the process efficient, economic.

Remso designed its machines to allow for the injection of One to four strands alternatively or simultaneously. Assortment of these machines allows precise feeding of wires and cored wires from between 9 to 16 mm at speeds from 30 to 300 m / min. The feeders are compact, flexible, and reliable with a high degree of efficiency and integrated with hardware / software which enable the exact addition of any type of cored wire in ladle, tundish, crystalliser CCM, in automatic pouring lines etc.
